During the 2025/2026 season, he led recruitment at the first-team level, operating in an environment where every decision directly impacts results. He was signed by a professional club in his teens, so he understands the player journey from the start. Today, he is regularly approached by players, clubs and personnel for advice on recruitment and next steps.
