7. Player Image, Video & Likeness Rights
By uploading content to the Platform, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display content; make profiles visible to authorised users such as clubs, agents, and scouts; and use content for platform functionality, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Users confirm they have the legal right and consent to upload all content, including third-party footage. We do not claim ownership of user content.
8. Automated Decision Making & Profiling
We may use automated systems to recommend players to clubs, rank profiles based on activity or relevance, and improve matching algorithms. These systems do not produce legally binding decisions.
