Brian Statham
Brian Statham brings top level experience and business leadership. He played for Tottenham Hotspur FC in the top flight, as well as Brentford FC and Gillingham FC, and represented England U21s, gaining 3 caps. After football, he moved into non league management, football agency and currently works as an opposition scout in the National League South. Brian went on to build a successful business career. He understands what high performance environments demand and what it takes to build something sustainable.
EFL first team scout and emerging talent lead
Richard Piggford
Richard Piggford works at the sharp end of recruitment. He is an EFL first team scout and emerging talent lead, and has held Chief Scout and Head of Recruitment roles from Step 3 through to the National League. He has also worked as an analyst in the National League South. During the 2025/2026 season, he led recruitment at the first-team level, operating in an environment where every decision directly impacts results. He was signed by a professional club in his teens, so he understands the player journey from the start. Today, he is regularly approached by players, clubs and staff for advice on recruitment and next steps.

Maxwell Statham
Maxwell Statham represents the journey most players go through. He developed in professional environments at Tottenham Hotspur and Watford FC before building a strong senior career across the National League and National League South. He understands the reality of the game at that level, the setbacks, the consistency required, and how small the margins are. Alongside football, he has built a successful career in business, bringing a grounded and honest perspective to the platform.
